As some may be aware, there is a vulnerability disclosure for Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) which was disclosed on May 1, 2017 (CVE-2017-5689).
Regarding the INSIGHT DLP Appliances, AMT only applies to client systems (desktop and notebook class) with vPro. Mostly Celerons, Pentiums, and Core i3/i5/i7s. All of our server platforms, from our Atoms to our Xeons, have Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs) and do not support AMT. Therefore, none of the INSIGHT DLP Appliances are affected by this vulnerability.
