An Infolock Support/INSIGHT Support Account gives you access to:
1. Create INSIGHT Support cases
2. Internal INSIGHT Support Knowledge base articles
Below are the steps to use when creating an account:
1. Navigate to https://support.insightdlp.com
**If you have an INSIGHT Appliances, you can find the this URL on the INFO page of the Appliances WebUI
2. Click on "Sign In"
3. Click on "Sign Up"
4. Complete the form by providing your "Full name" and email address, don't forget to also complete the CAPTCHA. Lastly, click "Sign Up" to complete the process.
5. After completing the form and signing up you will see the below message.
"Thank you for signing up, <YOUR NAME>.
A welcome email will be sent to <YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS> shortly, containing a verification link that enables you to sign in.
If you don't receive an email from us within a couple of minutes, please check your junk/spam folder."
6. Check your email inbox for verification email link and click it to complete verification and to setup your password for the Infolock/INSIGHT Support Portal.
7. Congratulations you have completed Sign Up and are now log into the portal.
