The Infolock INSIGHT Appliance Business Continuity Plan (BCP) has been activated since mid-February to monitor and respond to the developments and potential risks associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) outbreak worldwide. Because our operational BCP accounted for this type of potential crisis, INSIGHT Appliance Technical Support capabilities are not impacted. We are in regular contact with our hardware suppliers and will continue to monitor and update the situation. Currently, the only impact we anticipate is associated with lead times for new and RMA related hardware. Please understand that we will do our best to meet all SLAs, but delays may occur. We will continue to follow this situation and provide updates as appropriate.
